This year my appetite control has been really hard, so rather than suffer alone I decided to try help from medication. I finally took the plunge with the weight-loss medicine from a Korean medicine clinic I'd had my eye on for a while! After 2 weeks of taking it I lost [hidden] already, so I'm quite satisfied myself haha. The price was a bit of a burden, but it clearly suppresses appetite, so I don't crave snacks as much and meal control has become much easier.
