After a failed first surgery, I was stressed over my sinusitis and shape problems, so I had a revision surgery and a functional rhinoplasty (septal deviation correction, symptom improvement type 2) at the same time. Since it was a revision, I had to pay much more attention to swelling and bruising management than with the first surgery. The most satisfying part after surgery is the functional improvement. I used to have one nostril blocked, and I'd lose sleep at night, but after the internal structure was properly corrected, breathing became much easier, and my quality of life improved significantly.
